Groundbreaking Ceremony for CWT Warehouse in Port Klang..

KUALA LUMPUR, Malaysia, 1 November 2011 — CWT (SGX:CWT) today hosted a groundbreaking ceremony for the construction of a new warehousing and logistics facility at the Port Klang Free Zone (“PKFZ”), adjacent to Westports in Pulau Indah. The new warehouse will allow CWT to strengthen its presence in Malaysia and expand its regional distribution hub offerings, along with CWT warehouses in Singapore and China, to meet the growing demand for logistics needs and offer a broader range of logistics services to its customers.

On 25th Nov 2010, CWT Europe BV acquired 60% stake in Aquarius Shipping International (Pty) Ltd in a strategic move to strengthen its commodity logistics capabilities and business network in the African region.

On Oct 8th 2010 the Dutch customs presented CWT Commodities (Rotterdam) with an AEO (Authorised Economic Operator) certifcate .

CWT Commodities (Amsterdam) BV is per 1 October 2010 accepted by GAFTA (Grain and Feed Trade Association) London. The company can now offer supervision and sampling for all products which traffics under the GAFTA contract such as cattle-feed, wheat etc. .

In the west coast of Africa, CWT Commodities Cote D'ivoire has been accredited the status as Superintendent Member by the international organization FOSFA (The Federation of Oils, Seeds and Fats Associations Ltd)..

CWT Commodities Pte Ltd is a SICOM Accepted Warehousekeeper of Singapore Commodity Exchange Ltd ["SICOM"] with effect from 15 April 2010.

Sitos Commodities (Amsterdam) BV and Warehouse Berendrecht (Antwerp -Belgium) are now LIFFE approved..

On 18 May 2009, NYSE Liffe announced that Sitos Commodities (Amsterdam) BV is now registered as Warehousekeeper for Cocoa and Robusta Coffee in the port/delivery area of Antwerp. Warehouses at Accraweg 33 Amsterdam and Berendrechtcomplex Antwerp are both LIFFE approved.


OCTOBER 2008

CWT has entered into a sale and purchase agreement for the acquisition of Sitos Group B.V. and LML Properties B.V. respectively..

On 22 October 2008 CWT Commodities entered into a sale and purchase agreement with the current shareholders for the acquisition of a 60% and 30% stake in Sitos Group B.V. and LML Properties B.V. respectively , to further expand its commodity logistics business in Europe.

CWT Commodities has entered into a sale and purchase agreement with Hesse-Noord-Natie N.V. to acquire a 100% stake in HNN Logistics N.V.

On 19th September 2008 CWT Commodities has entered into a sale and purchase agreement with Hesse-Noord-Natie N.V. to acquire a 100% stake in HNN Logistics N.V., to expand its commodity logistics business with a strong foothold in Europe. DECEMBER 2007

With effect from 24 December 2007 the name of C&P Asia Pte Ltd will be changed to CWT Commodities Pte Ltd

The name change is a result of the change of ownership that took place in October 2006 when CWT Limited acquired 100% of the shares in C&P Asia Pte Ltd.

There will otherwise be no change in the legal entity of the company and all outstanding contracts with our customers and business partners shall remain unchanged. Further, there will be no changes in our company registration numbers, office addresses or our bank account numbers.

C&P Asia acquires 80% stake in JVT Shipping B.V (The Netherlands) to further develop its commodity logistics business in Europe

Incorporated in Rotterdam, JVT Shipping B.V ("JVT") is an integrated commodity logistics provider. JVT has the capabilities to handle non-ferrous metals, minor metals, Ferro-alloys, metal-scrap and other commodities as well. Its warehouse is approved by London Metal Exchange ("LME") and Minor Metals Trade Association (MMTA).

The acquisition of 80% stake in JVT is part of the CWT Group's strategic plan to further enhance and broaden its scope of commodity logistics services. The acquisition will enable C&P Asia to expand on its dominant position in Asia and grow in other regions as well. With JVT, the Group is able to build a strong European presence, in key locations where most of C&P Asia's clients are based.

In October 2006 C&P Asia Pte Ltd was integrated into CWT Ltd.
